We are located in an area where there are many places of interest to visit:
The ever-enchanting Bay of Baratti is only a few kilometres away, as is the Etruscan-Roman archaeological area with its Etruscan necropolis and the recently excavated acropolis in Populonia.
Just 700 meters away is Rimigliano beach, part of the Sterpaia coastal park, a protected area that extends for a few kilometers along the coast.
Both the San Silvestro archaeological and mineral reserve and Calidiario’s little thermal lake in Calidario (a natural hot spring) are only a few minutes away.
Two popular tourist resorts, San Vincenzo and Follonica are respectively only 10 and 20 km away. Piombino, the only place to get a boat across to the Island of Elba, is just 12 km away.
Many different activities are also available ranging from trekking to sub-aqua diving, sailing to spa treatments!
