What it includes

The change of linen and basic cleaning are included in the price, although this does not include cleaning the kitchen corner. Guests who do not clean this area themselves will be charged a supplement of €50

Conditions:

Arrivals between 3 and 8 p.m. unless otherwise agreed

Check out by 10 a.m.

A 30% deposit of the total cost is required to confirm any reservation

Balance is payable on check-in

Cancellations

The deposit will be repaid in full for any cancellations received more than 30 days prior to arrival

50 % of the deposit paid will be returned for any cancellations received within 15 days of arrival

In the event of cancellations received less than 15 days of arrival, the full amount of the deposit paid will be retained

The prices exclude:

Air conditioning: €50 per week

Heating: charged as use
